Heal | 2024 - 2025

Healing is not a goal, but a personal journey. It is a state of constant awareness and a way of viewing life and examining oneself from the perspective of change.

This artistic project marks a new stage in a broader process of personal exploration and creation. Rather than arising from pathology or seeking to explain pain, it asks:

What do we do with everything that hurts us?

How can we sustain, transform and integrate it without letting it consume us?

Healing is not about closing cycles, but recognising that some cycles never close completely, and that beauty lies in what remains open, in what is yet to come, and in what we do not yet fully understand, but choose to embrace with presence and art.

Through a series of works with intimate, sensory and symbolic stories behind them, this project proposes a space in which to discuss healing as a daily practice, as an act of self-awareness and as a dance between fragility and strength.

Each exhibited piece is born from an experience and seeks not only to be understood or explained, but also to honour all the ways in which we have tried to survive. In doing so, it offers the viewer an invitation to view their own story with less judgement and more compassion.

Because healing is not about becoming again; it is about allowing ourselves to continue being in new ways every day.
